How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take two to three hours depending on the size and age of the home. You're encouraged to be there for at least the last part so we can walk through the findings with you in person.
Should I attend the inspection?
It helps. Seeing an issue in person — and hearing what it means — turns a report into real understanding. If you can't make it, we'll walk you through everything by phone.
What if the report finds a lot of problems?
Almost every home has findings — that's normal. What matters is knowing which ones are urgent, which are cosmetic, and what they cost. You'll leave with that clarity, and optional help fixing whatever you choose.
